Our wedding isn’t until October, but I already felt compelled to leave a review because our experience so far has been amazing. We toured two other venues before this one, and while they were nice, the tours didn’t even compare. The tour here was so much more in-depth, personal, and genuinely welcoming. It didn’t feel rushed or scripted at all, it felt like they truly cared about us and our vision. The owners have been incredibly responsive to my texts, which has been such a relief during wedding planning. They’re not only professional but also so kind and genuinely funny, which immediately put us at ease. I’ve only met the Duane so far, but he has been wonderful, and I already feel confident that Kitty is equally as great. I’m really looking forward to meeting her. We got married here on December 13, in the middle of a major snowstorm. It was beautiful! Although the drive was difficult for many and some were not able to make it, the beauty of everything in the snow made it all worth it. It was amazing that many of us did not have to drive home because we could stay in the cabins at Willow Haven! My now husband had unfortunately hurt himself a couple of days prior to the wedding and was on crutches. Walking outside and through the snow was nearly impossible for him, but Kitty went above and beyond giving him and his 88 year old grandmother rides to and from the cabins so they didn't have to try to walk through the snow. My husband and I had our wedding here on October 25, 2025, and it was truly the most AMAZING experience imaginable. Duane and Kitty are the kindest souls, and it’s so clear this is exactly what they were meant to do. The venue and cabins were perfect for a weekend getaway, and both of our families absolutely loved the experience as well. My sister in law had her wedding here yesterday and it was beautiful. Our family stayed in a cabin. The cabin was stocked and clean. Cute setting. Fire pit outside we got to enjoy. It was so peaceful sitting outside at night and listening to the animals. The owners were so helpful and friendly, we had some great conversations.
